Kanti Fatania FBDO CL

Eyeform is led by Kanti Fatania FBDO CL, a certified consultant dispensing optician and ocular prosthetist who has been specialising in the field for over twenty years.

He originally trained at Kingston Hospital, Surrey, St. Peter’s Hospital, Surrey and St. Thomas’ Hospital in Westminster.

He has since gone on to establish Eyeform only minutes away from Harley Street, where he works alongside renowned consultant ophthalmologists in treating ocular patients to the highest quality bespoke care.

He is a member of both the General Optical Council and Association of Dispensing Opticians.
